About Me

Hi there, my name is Rachel and I want to be your photographer!

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a major in Graphic Design and Interactive Media as well as a minor in Photography and Video. Now I am working as a full-time Graphic Designer and a part-time photographer here in Madison, WI. 

 

I have always been creative and passionate about many forms of art. I love working with my hands to create a wide variety of projects that are now displayed on the walls of my apartment. I love learning to play new tunes on my guitar. I love getting creative in the kitchen and taste testing new recipes. And I love capturing life's uniquely beautiful moments and milestones for my clients to cherish and look back on.

Photography allows us the opportunity to capture an emotion in the frame of a camera and freeze 

 

Photography is like a good song. Each photo freezes a moment in time and each moment of life elicits a specific emotion.

 

Each photo freezes a memory and when you look back at those pixels all the feelings from that moment in time come rushing back
